REGISTRATION FEES FOR PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION

• The registration fee includes access to the congress scientific program and materials.

External Participation

• 20% VAT will be added.
• The price is given on a daily basis.
• If accommodation reservations are not made through Topkon Tourism, the external participation fee will be added to the registration fee.
• In case of non-payment of the external participation fee, we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress, as the entrance to the congress hotel will not be provided.

What is External Participation?
Participants who do not receive accommodation through the organization secretariat and who only register and do not stay in the symposium hotels offered by the secretariat are required to pay a daily external participation fee in order to benefit from the services within the hotel all-inclusive concept between 09:00 - 18:00. External participation fee must be collected from all participants and company representative guests regardless of registration type. This fee includes entrance to the symposium center, lunches, coffee breaks during the scientific program and activities.
Breakfast and dinner are not included in the external participation fee.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• 10 % VAT will be added.
• Accommodation is a 3-night package in the all-inclusive concept (check-in on April 27, 2025 at 14.00 and check-out on April 30, 2025 at 12.00)
• Topkon Tourism and Event Services reserves the right to reflect the changes in taxes, fees and charges that may arise in the prices.
• For all payments that are not paid on time or delayed after the congress date, 10% will be added and reflected to you as we have announced in the budgets and on the website. Until the date of the congress, the amount of fees deposited by the companies, including VAT, will be booked.
• Room distribution; will be made according to the order of application and payment dates
• Confirmation of participation cannot be given for participants whose payment is not completed.

TRANSFER FEES

• 20% VAT will be added.
• Airport shuttle times will be announced 2 weeks before the congress.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the congress organization secretariat at least 20 days before the transfer date.
• If a private transfer is requested, an offer will be sent.
