The proposals of Scientific Sections of PAT should be submitted by the section chiefs. The password and username to access the submission system will be sent to the section chiefs by email. The proposals that cannot be uploaded in the system via scientific section accounts will be evaluated as individual proposals.
Submission system is designed to submit a session proposal with one moderator.
Scientific program of PAT 3nd International 27th National Clinical Education Symposium will be decided online through the review/counselor system which has been in use since 24th Clinical Education Symposium. The scientific proposals will be reviewed by counseling referees and these reviews will be overviewed by Scientific Board. At the end of the process, it will be decided if the proposals are suitable to be presented at the congress and if suitable how they are going to be presented. Your scientific session proposal will be reviewed more appropriately, if the proposal is submitted by considering the criteria below.
If requested, the registration for speakers will be covered by The Psychiatric Association of Türkiye while other travel expenses shall be covered by themselves.

In these sessions the cases which are the most difficult in practice are presented with cases and discussed based on experiences and literature. The speaker is recommended to select the cases that are:

Time limit: 90 minutes session for each Scientific SectionOne Topic in Ten Questions are the sessions aiming to discuss any topic with just 10 questions by keeping the attention of the participant alive. It is expected 3 speakers at most will take part in the session with clear presentations. Q&A with can either be held betweenwhiles or at the end of the session.

Debates are live discussion meetings which aim to address two opposite views especially on controversial topics in daily applications. In these meetings, two opposing groups defend their opinion with literary findings without Q&A with the participants.
However, it’s recommended the debate moderator should ask for the tendency of the participants between two opinions.
Time limit: In a 90-minute session, the debate of one topic can be planned for 90 minutes or two opposing topics can be planned as 45-minute discussion for each. Time planning proposal: Each speaker of the topic can present/defend for 10 minutes, take the floor for another 5 minutes for 2nd or 3rd time and at the end the debate moderator will wrap up in last 5 minutes.
Courses are designed to deliver a specific topic to participants by using appropriate educational methods. Presentation, video display, Q&A / discussion, problem-based education, modular education, role-playing (gamification), small group studies are some of the methods that can be used in courses.
Overview of basic concepts, advanced and complex topics, special topics or different perspectives on a specific topic can be example to the design of the course together with discussion the topic by experts or theoretical preparation before a specific upskill are some of the examples for the course.
The courses are scheduled before the opening speech on the first day of the congress. The courses can be planned as 2 sessions at most. Like in the other scientific session proposals, the course applications will be reviewed. So stating the learning aims, tools and information about the lecturer will provide the course to be evaluated comprehensively. be reviewed more appropriately during the review process and increase the participation in the congress.
